FINDINg a JOB SHARE PARTNER is easier than you think

Finding a job share partner is easier than you think. It’s more like spotting a VW bug than finding a needle in a haystack—once you know what to look for.

The first thing people ask me after discovering job sharing is often “How do I find a job share partner?” After all, there’s a lot to consider. You’re sharing your job, your income, and even, your personal lives. It seems elusive. How do you find the “perfect” partner and how do you ask them if they’d like to job share?  Today, we dispel the myth: I don’t know anyone I can job share with.
