It seemed like an epidemic to me

In the last few years, I have had so many conversations with clients and friends who were considering leaving the workforce. These are highly educated women, who decided to have children, and going back to work to a full-time, high-stress environment no longer met their needs.

My clients did not want to become stay-at-home parents. Instead, they wanted to work and be active, contribute to the world, and utilize their years of experience and education. Understandably, they just wanted more freedom but didn’t see any options.

Job Sharing can transform your life

I met Melissa Nicholson of Work Muse a job share consulting company, and she saw the same things. In fact, she even experienced it! Before launching Work Muse, she created and got her company’s approval for a job share arrangement. She made it work for nine years in a marketing and sales role.

After speaking with Melissa, I will be honest, job sharing sounded AMAZING! It is a way for individuals to utilize their years of experience and education in the workplace with more flexibility.

Of course, then doubts started creeping in – it almost sounded too good to be true. I wasn’t sure if would work for many jobs or if companies were progressive enough to accept it.  But Melissa was able to address all my concerns.

So… we came up with a great idea!

Exclusive job share workshop

Now I want to educate my clients, male and female, on how this could be a possibility for you and your situation! I asked Melissa to partner with Wolfgang Career Coaching to demonstrate how you make this a possibility for you and your life.

Melissa Nicholson will be hosting a live session in Austin on January 18th.  If you aren’t in Austin, don’t worry—after the live event, we will send you the video of the workshop. We want you to be fulfilled in your work! Job sharing may be the way for you to achieve that fulfillment.
